OUR LAKES
Bottom Lake
The bottom lake is around an acre and provides a pleasure anglers paradise.
It has many features to fish towards with various species of lilies and reeds and it is surrounded by trees on all sides giving it shelter and shade.
The lake is stocked with many species of fish including, Rudd, Roach, Bream, Perch, Tench and a variety of carp species. The fish are in abundance and make for a great day at a tranquil lakeside facility.
These fish are typically up to a maximum of 10 lb in weight and larger specimens are moved on to the middle lake to ensure a great fishing experience.
The lake has access to fishing pegs on 3 sides with easy access from the lake’s private roadway to a number of pegs.
Middle Lake
The middle lake is approximately 1.25 acres with a centrally located island giving a good fishing experience. This lake has numerous lily beds and reed beds located around the lake with ample opportunities to fish all types of methods.
The lake is stocked with many species of fish including, Rudd, Roach, Bream, Perch, Tench and a variety of carp species. The fish are in abundance and make for a great day at a tranquil lakeside facility.
These fish are typically up to a maximum of 15 lb in weight and larger specimens are moved on to the middle lake to ensure a great fishing experience.
The lake has access to fishing pegs on all sides with easy access from the lake’s private roadway to a number of pegs.
Top Lake
The top lake is our specimen lake with current lake record at over 30lb. There are an abundance of mid to high-teens and 20lb plus carp in the lake with some of our favourite fish being well known such as Mamma, Scar, Sly and two tone all up in the high 20’s and low 30’s. A selection of mirror and common carp are stocked. There are a number of Tench and Perch within the lake with a singular pike to aid in keeping the fry down.
This lake is restricted to carp anglers for obvious reasons and has a strict policy and rules for the care of our fish. Night fishing is allowed and actively encouraged. This lake is approximately 1.5 acres and can be fished from 3 sides giving a full coverage of the lake.
Carefully located lily pads are present to achieve a good environment and fishing experience and to keep the fish healthy.
There is a log cabin shelter on the central bank to help those who need extra facilities and to enable the less able to keep fishing all year round.
